Yes, we cannot estimate in advance how long we will need for the cleaning. However, we try to estimate the times as precisely as possible in our calculation.

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house/boat so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Yes, cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures we uses the best posible products for the specific cleaning job.

Scheduling Questions

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not on the boat, make sure you let us know how to access your boat by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

At the end of the booking process you have to pay the full amount with your credit / debit card. An invoice will be created by our system and sent to you by email.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

We clean exactly what you booked in your order. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.

Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures the cleaner-team uses the right products for every situation.

We also bring all the machines and equipment that we need for cleaning. You have to provide us with a power connection.

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning. We also offer the inside cleaning of your boat or yacht, the outer shell cleaning, deck cleaning, windows and glass cleaning.You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

This depends on the scope of the work. Usually we send two workers. We also send more employees for larger yachts or larger ships.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in boat/residential house cleaning to work with us. All of our employees must also sign a non-disclosure agreement. This is how we want to protect your privacy as best as possible.
